Stove Top Corned Beef!

**I like my food very heavily seasoned. I know that is not for everyone so I would recommend that you use the amount of seasoning that suits your tastes**

DIRECTIONS:

ADD BRISKET  (MY PREFERENCE IS POINT CUT BECAUSE IT’S FATTIER) TO A LARGE POT OF WATER

TO WATER ADD THE FOLLOWING SEASONINGS TO TASTE:

SALT
PEPPERCORN
PICKLING SPICES
GARLIC POWDER,
ONION POWDER.

BRING TO BOIL.
REDUCE HEAT TO SIMMER FOR APPROX 6-8 HOURS OR UNTIL BRISKET EASILY THREADS APART.
ADD QUARTERED CABBAGE AND COOK UNTIL SOFT APPROX 20 MINS.
