Temporary Summer Position

Description:

Seeking customer oriented service representatives to act as a liaison and provide product/service information. We are looking for individuals to work our booth at the local fair. The fairs hours are 8am to 11pm. Those hours will be split between 2 shifts; a day and a night shift. Light clerical responsibilities include but are not limited to: taking orders, taking payment information, record maintenance, and answering customer questions. Strong and courteous written and oral communication needed with upbeat and friendly personality.

The target is to ensure outstanding service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to engage customers, identify and assess needs to achieve satisfaction and deliver high quality service.

Responsibilities:

  • Open (and/or close) booth at local fair
  • Maintain booth (restock promotional materials, entry ballots, keep clean)
  • Pass out promotional materials
  • Encourage customers to fill out the sweepstakes ballot
  • Schedule deliveries
  • Oversee raffle drawing
  • Answer customer questions
